Once you have found a property contact our Lettings Team to arrange a viewing.
What to do when you have found a property
When you have found your perfect home you will need to secure it by putting down a holding deposit fee which is equivalent to one weeks rent. Upon a successful tenancy the holding deposit paid will be deducted from your deposit upon moving into the property.
Fill in one of our Tenancy Application Forms. We use an independent referencing company who will carry out the checks on our behalf. Once we have received the final reference report we will contact you to arrange a Move in date. Its as simple as that.
Moving in Day
One of our team will meet you at the property to sign all the tenancy documents. We will show you how to work any appliances including the boiler.
Some properties may have snagging issues when you move into the property therefore please contact our office by telephone or email to report any maintenance issues. These will be prioritized in order of importance and any urgent issues will be attended to.
This will be held with a Government approved scheme The Deposit Protection Service.
