In 2019 Anthony decided to open The Little Green Property Shop.

Along with Gemma, Little Green property Shop was formed with the express intention to create a Letting Management business with a difference: to provide a personal, professional and proactive service for everyone, with honesty, trust and integrity at its core.

As a landlord himself, Anthony is well placed to advise on property investment and managing the rental process. Committed to providing excellent service, professional attitude and a broad local knowledge. Enabling him to support clients when letting, renting or buying.

Gemma Oliver

After many years in the industry Gemma is passionate about the job and has developed extensive knowledge. Always wanting to improve her skills and knowledge Gemma attends regular Training events to keep upto date with the latest changes to legislation.

Gemma Works across, sales, and lettings within the business as well as managing the day to day operation. Always providing a professional and personal service.

To improve her knowledge further she is currently studying to achieve her Property mark Level 3 in Residential Lettings & Property Management.

Chris Mather-Kettle

Chris is an experienced plumber and Joiner with considerable knowledge and expertise of providing advice and plumbing/Joinery solutions to customers. Having a proven ability to read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine a clients requirements, to then install and service plumbing systems, fixtures, piping equipment and controls. Chris works in cooperation with other trades and labourers and has an understanding of relevant building codes, legislation, regulations. Responsible for install, repair and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures Chris prides himself on ensuring were possible, work is completed on the first visit and to the appropriate service standard.

 As a Joiner Chris provides quality workmanship with over several years of experience working with wood, he has the expertise and knowledge for all joinery work. Chris is dedicated to excellent customer service ensuring satisfaction in all of the clients projects, from hanging doors to installing kitchens no job is too small or large for his experienced team.
